Managing Column Headers and Details Panel Field Sets

OVERVIEW

The column headers and side panels on Cross Project View, Timelines, and My Assignments can be configured using custom field sets that can be unique for each org and it’s record types. Tabs and sub tabs are used to sort Projects, Tasks, and others record type. Column headers and detail side panels are configurable by managed field sets. 

RECORD TYPE SUPPORT

Column headers and line items on these pages offer multi-select, column sorting, and in-line editing. Click to edit, complete, or comment. Record types are supported and displayed on Projects, Tasks, and Cases as sub-tabs.

 

Column Headers

A = Field Set with the name timelines_list (only applies to Timelines Phase View)
B = Field set with the name column_headers
C = Cloud Coach hard coded set of fields

  1. If A exists then A is displayed
  2. If A does not exist, then B is displayed
  3. If A and B do not exist, then C is displayed

Side Panels

A = Field Set with the name sidepanel
B = Cloud Coach hard coded set of fields

  1. If A exists then A is displayed
  2. If A does not exist, then B is displayed
