Overview
When you download Cloud Coach Fundamentals for the first time, you will be allocated Ten (10) Subscribers in your Salesforce instance. Follow the steps below to learn how to assign users
Adding a Cloud Coach User
In order to assign someone as a Cloud Coach user, you will need to have full access to the Salesforce Setup menu. You can navigate here by selecting the gear Icon in the top right of your SalesForce window.
Once you are in the Setup menu, use the Quick Find search bar in the left hand side panel to search for “Installed Packages” and navigate to the Cloud Coach Fundamentals Package.
When you locate the package within your Salesforce Instance, you will now see a number of options to select. In order to assign your team as Cloud Coach users, select “Manage Licenses”
This will open up a list of users that you can assign as one of your cloud coach subscriptions. Once a user has this assignment, as well as the appropriate Permission Sets, they can begin to use the Fundamentals Tool.
